2024年美國職棒大聯盟球季

2024年美國職棒大聯盟球季是美國聯盟和國家聯盟共同存在後的第124個賽季。洛杉磯道奇和聖地牙哥教士在3月20日和21日於南韓首爾進行開幕戰，美國本土開幕戰則是於3月28日舉行。[1]明星賽於7月16日在德州遊騎兵的主場全球人壽球場進行。

奧克蘭運動家在這年球季結束後搬離奧克蘭，並將於2028年搬到拉斯維加斯。芝加哥白襪單季吞下41勝121敗，成為大聯盟自1901年以來史上戰績最差的球隊。

賽制

大聯盟在2023年7月13日公布2023年球季162場例行賽賽程。同分區的球隊可以打52場比賽，每支球隊都能打46場跨聯盟比賽。[2]

3月20日至21日，洛杉磯道奇和聖地牙哥教士將在首爾進行二連戰，這是大聯盟首度在南韓舉辦例行賽。4月27日至28日，休士頓太空人和科羅拉多洛磯將在墨西哥城進行系列賽。6月8日至9日，紐約大都會和費城費城人將在英國倫敦進行大聯盟倫敦系列賽。8月18日，紐約洋基和底特律老虎將進行MLB少棒聯盟經典賽。[3]

6月20日，舊金山巨人和聖路易紅雀為了紀念甫去世的名人堂傳奇威利·梅斯，因此兩隊在重新翻新的瑞克伍球場進行比賽。

規則改變

2023年12月21日，大聯盟宣布將在2024年實施以下新規則：[4]

  • 在死球情況下，投手只要從主審拿到球的那刻就開始計時。(前一年是從投手站上投手丘後才開始計時)
  • 壘上有人時，投手須在18秒內投球。(前一年是20秒)
  • 投手丘討論次數從5次減為4次，不過球隊如果在8局前就將4次討論機會用光，第9局可以再額外獲得一次討論機會。
  • 跑者線從18英吋增加到24英吋，若跑者跑在線內，就算碰到泥土都算合法跑壘。
  • 在牛棚區熱身的投手必須要上場面對至少一個打席，且投手一旦熱身就不可被替換。
