所以呢....就這樣....
所以呢,發覺有不少人在en.wikipedia找我,所以決定其他語言talk page的存檔送到這裡。
{{admin!}} I was blocked by the ranged IP and sometimes I even can't edit my talkpage. I sent the e-mail for the ip-unblock ,but the reply said I should give the IP what I'm using. But I don't know my exact IP address since my ISP change it without permission. That's the IP address mentioned in the block message change all the time. Then I asked I help in IRC.He told me to send again, but no one reply.Justincheng12345 (talk) (urgent news here) 06:46, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

IP block exempt
I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.
Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions.
Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.
Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).
I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. --Closedmouth (talk) 13:10, 2 November 2011 (UTC)

Since you have previously discussed about the Republic of China, I guess you are interested to share your insights at Talk:Republic of China#Requested Move (February 2012). Thanks for your attention. 61.18.170.202 (talk) 18:46, 13 March 2012 (UTC)

Latvian Wiki
Hi, I just noticed your bot is running in the Latvian Wikipedia without a required bot flag. According to the policy a request must be made for every bot before actually running them. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and best regards, --Edgars2007(留言) 2012年6月25日 (一) 07:17 (UTC)
