緊急避孕（英語：emergency contraception），指無保護措施的性行為或避孕失敗後的幾小時至幾日內，婦女防止非自願性妊娠的發生，而採取的補救避孕法，其中包括放置宮內節育器和口服緊急避孕藥。

适应症

1. 避孕失敗，包括安全套破裂、滑脫；未能做到體外排精；計算錯誤安全期；漏服用短期避孕藥；宮內節育器滑脫。
2. 未使用任何避孕方法進行性行為。
3. 遭到強制性交。

方法

1. 宫内节育器：在无保护性生活后5日（120小时）之内放入，有效率达95%以上。
2. 紧急避孕药种类及用法：主要有雌孕激素复方制剂，单孕激素制剂及抗孕激素制剂3大类。
