緊急避孕

緊急避孕（英語：emergency contraception），指無保護措施的性行為或避孕失敗後的幾小時至幾日內，婦女防止非自願性妊娠的發生，而採取的補救避孕法，其中包括放置宮內節育器和口服緊急避孕藥。

適應症

1. 避孕失敗，包括安全套破裂、滑脫；未能做到體外排精；計算錯誤安全期；漏服用短期避孕藥；宮內節育器滑脫。
2. 未使用任何避孕方法進行性行為。
3. 遭到強制性交。

方法

1. 宮內節育器：在無保護性生活後5日（120小時）之內放入，有效率達95%以上。
2. 緊急避孕藥種類及用法：主要有雌孕激素複方製劑，單孕激素製劑及抗孕激素製劑3大類。
