剧情

故事背景设定在至高共和国时代末期（约《星球大战I：魅影危机》的100年前），一个充满“阴暗秘密与新兴黑暗势力”的世界。一名前绝地学徒与她的绝地大师重聚，调查一系列罪行，但他们面对的势力比他们预想的更加险恶。[1]

2021年12月，阿曼德拉·斯坦伯格正在洽谈出演Disney+《星球大战》剧集《侍者》（The Acolyte）[2]。2022年7月，斯坦伯格确认出演[3]。2022年9月，茱蒂·透纳-史密斯（英语：Jodie Turner-Smith）已进入最后洽谈阶段[4]，而李政宰加盟饰演男主角[5]，曼尼·贾辛托和查理·巴奈特（英语：Charlie Barnett (actor)）出演未公布的角色[6][7]。2022年11月，达芙妮·基恩、茱蒂·透纳-史密斯（英语：Jodie Turner-Smith）、蕾贝卡·韩德森（英语：Rebecca Henderson (actress)）、查理·巴奈特（英语：Charlie Barnett (actor)）、迪恩-查尔斯·查普曼和凯莉-安·摩丝参演[8][1]。
