NXIVM
美國多層次營銷公司
NXIVM（/ˈnɛksiəm/ NEKS-ee-əm）是一间于1998年创立于美国纽约州的自我提升咨商公司，透过公司的“执行成功计划”（Executive Success Programs）提供个人和专业发展讲座，现在已停业[2]。NXIVM的基地位于纽约州州府区，并在加拿大、美国和墨西哥都有服务中心[3][4]。NXIVM的子公司的招聘多基于多层次传销模式，并使用基于创始人Keith Raniere称为“理性探究”（Rational Inquiry）的教义的“技术”（Tech）课程[5]。课程吸引了各种知名学生，其中包括演员、富家子弟和权贵子弟[6][7]。鼎盛时期成员多达700人[8]。由于创始人的一些独特实践活动，该组织的前成员指控它是邪教组织[9][10][11][12]。

历史
2018年初，NXIVM创办人基思·拉尼埃（Keith Raniere）和同伴艾莉森·麦克因涉及包括性贩卖而被逮捕并起诉[13][14]。审判定于2019年4月29日开始。在2019年3月，NXIVM联合创办人南希·赛奥兹曼（Nancy Salzman[15]）承认犯有敲诈勒索罪。2018年5月，公司业务已经暂停。截至2019年4月8日，电视剧《超人前传》的女演员艾莉森·麦克已经对敲诈勒索罪指控表示认罪[16]。创办人基思·拉涅尔已于2019年6月19日被定罪。2020年10月27日，美国纽约法院判处基思·拉涅尔120年监禁[17]。

NXIVM (which is kind of like a parent company to all these separate entities) offered multiple tracks to self-awareness: ESP remains the largest and is often the entrypoint for most people. But there’s also Jness, for women; Society of Protectors or SOP for men, both for teaching Raniere’s regressive ideas about gender. There’s The Source for actors, The Knife Media, Rainbow Cultural Garden for children, the University program, and of course, there's DOS. All of these various curricula have their roots in Raniere’s method known as Rational Inquiry.
