维奈·库马尔[1]（英语：Vinay Kumar，1969年8月23日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻俄罗斯大使，曾任印度驻缅甸大使、印度驻阿富汗大使等职务。

经历

维奈·库马尔生于1969年8月23日。[2][3]

1991年毕业于印度理工学院卡拉格普尔分校（英语：IIT Kharagpur），获得工学士荣誉学位，并于1992年加入印度外事服务部。他曾在印度驻塔什干（1994年至1995年）、比什凯克（1995年至1998年）、渥太华（1998年至2001年）、华沙（2003年至2006年）、德黑兰（2006至2009年）、印度常驻联合国纽约代表团（2010年至2013年）及加德满都（2015年至2017）的使团中任职。2011至2012年期间，他担任印度驻联合国安全理事会的政治协调员，并于2013年成为联合国大会行政和预算问题谘询委员会成员。他还曾担任印度驻加德满都大使馆副馆长。[3]

在印度外交部总部，他曾担任东欧与俄罗斯事务司副处长（2001年至2003年）、行政事务副司长（2009年至2010年）、东非与南非司联秘（2013年至2015年）、南方司联秘（2017年至2018年）以及国际组织与峰会辅秘（2020年至2022年）。[3]

2018年3月1日，被任命为下一任印度驻阿富汗大使。[4][5][6]2018年4月19日至2020年任印度驻阿富汗大使。[3][7]2018年4月23日，向阿富汗总统阿什拉夫·加尼递交国书。[8][9]2021年11月15日，被任命为下一任印度驻缅甸大使。[10][11][12][13]2022年2月24日至2024年4月12日任印度驻缅甸大使。[3]2022年4月6日向缅甸国家元首敏昂来递交国书。[14]

个人生活

维奈·库马尔已婚，与妻子伊奥娜·辛哈（Iona Sinha）育有两个女儿。[3][7]
