獨立精神獎最佳主角演出

獨立精神獎最佳主角演出（英語：Independent Spirit Award for Best Lead Performance）是獨立電影組織於獨立精神獎頒發的年度獎項之一，也是該組織為達成性別中立的目的，而將最佳女主角與最佳男主角合併而成的獎項，自2023年舉行的第38屆頒獎典禮開始頒發[1][2]。
