製備
將碘化亞錫(或氧化亞錫[2])溶解在氮氣保護的氫碘酸和次磷酸混合溶液中並加熱,得到亮黃色溶液,向溶液中加入甲胺氫碘酸鹽固體,於120 °C蒸去一半溶劑,冷卻後析出黑色的MASnI3晶體。該化合物在空氣中放置很快變質。[3]碘化亞錫和甲胺氫碘酸鹽在2-丙醇中反應,也可以得到MASnI3。[4]
在MASnI3的製備反應中,用DMF作為溶劑時,結晶速率要比同構物MAPbI3要快。而在DMSO中的反應則會產生黃色的SnI2·3DMSO中間體,該中間體與同族的PbI2·2DMSO晶體結構不同。N-甲基吡咯烷酮和γ-丁內酯作為溶劑的反應也有研究。[5]
性質
三碘合錫(II)酸甲銨的帶隙是1.15 eV,比多晶或薄膜的樣品要小,但在空氣中放置一個月後,帶隙升至1.46 eV,並伴隨着分子中的二價錫氧化為四價錫。
三碘合錫(II)酸甲銨加熱至200 °C分解,主要產生是碘化亞錫。[2]
