盧卡木單抗

盧卡木單抗（INN：Lucatumumab；開發代號：CHIR 12.12或HCD122）[1]是一種針對CD40[2]的人單株抗體，諾華在研究其用於治療多發性骨髓瘤和濾泡性淋巴瘤等多種類型的癌症後，於2013年停止了其開發。[3]

它是CD40的拮抗劑，由凱榮公司的科學家使用Abgenix的XenoMouse轉基因小鼠產生完全人類抗體而創造。[4][5]該藥物的研發成為了凱榮和Xoma公司於2004年開始合作的一部分。[6][7][8]諾華於2005年收購凱榮後接手了該項目。[9][10]
在體外研究中，它抑制CD40配體誘導的細胞增殖並誘導細胞裂解。[11]
在針對多發性骨髓瘤和慢性淋巴細胞白血病的三項1期試驗中，這些公司努力確定最佳劑量，但獲得了尚不清楚的結果。[1]計劃中的多發性骨髓瘤I/II期試驗的I期部分於2005年開始，並於2012年更新為II期並結束；截至2014年，結果尚未公佈。[1]
