太平洋西北地區（英語：Pacific Northwest）是指美國西北部地區和加拿大的西南部地區，又稱「卡斯卡迪亞」（Cascadia；得名自喀斯喀特山脈），主要包括阿拉斯加州東南部、卑詩省、華盛頓州、俄勒岡州、愛達荷州、蒙大拿州西部、加利福尼亞州北部和內華達州北部^[1]^[2]。太平洋西北地區亦是一個美國大都市圈。

太平洋西北區的主要城市有：西雅圖、波特蘭、斯波坎、博伊西、溫哥華、維多利亞。
