血小板無力症 是一種極其罕見的血液疾病，原因是血小板缺乏糖蛋白IIb/IIIa受體(GPIIB/IIIA), 所以纖維蛋白原很難交聯，致使出血時間顯著延長。

病理生理學

血小板無力症屬自體隱性遺傳^[1]，另亦可由自體免疫性疾病引致^[2]。
