BOSU
BOSU球,重量訓練器材的一種,由大衛·威克(David Weck)於1999年發明[1],是針對腹部及平衡訓練的半圓球[2]。使用方法可分為圓拱向上或向下兩種,分別鍛煉不同的肌群。
