類固醇生成因子1(英語:steroidogenic factor 1,縮寫SF-1)是一種參與性別決定的轉錄因子,涉及生殖腺與腎上腺[6]。這一蛋白由NR5A1基因編碼,屬於核受體超家族,位於9號染色體長臂段的位置33.3。SF-1最初發現於其能調節CYP450類固醇羥化酶的表達,因而得名,之後又發現了參與調控許多相關基因[7]。

SF-1最早在腎上腺皮質的類固醇生成細胞中被鑑定出具有調控類固醇生成酶活性,此後又發現在其它類固醇生成細胞中的活性[7]:
