骨髓源性巨噬細胞

细胞类型

骨髓源性巨噬細胞(英語:Bone marrow-derived macrophageBMDM)是指由科研實驗室哺乳動物骨髓細胞生成的巨噬細胞。骨髓細胞中存在未分化的巨噬細胞前體,可以通過加入巨噬細胞集落刺激因子(macrophage colony-stimulating factor,M-CSF;CSF1)來分化培養[1],M-CSF是一個細胞因子,誘導細胞分化。BMDM細胞常用於免疫學細胞生物學研究[2]
