羊乳酪猫耳朵

羊乳酪猫耳朵斯洛伐克语Bryndzové halušky)是斯洛伐克国家代表食物之一[1][2]。羊乳酪猫耳朵由乳酪猫耳朵[3](煮熟的马铃薯块,外观类近玉棋[3][1][2])与中东欧羊乳酪[3](软质羊乳酪[4])制成,主要材料为马铃薯、面粉与羊乳酪[5],可选附加材料包括熟熏猪肉脂肪或烟肉,以及细香葱或葱[3][1][2]
