过滤营（俄语：фильтрационных лагерей，英语：Filtration camps），也称为集中营（英语：Concentration camps），[1][2][3]在2022年俄罗斯入侵乌克兰期间被俄军使用[4][5][6][7]，以处理占领区内的乌克兰公民，随后再将他们移转至俄罗斯。[8]
曾在过滤营中受审的人报告，殴打、电刑和杀戮时有所闻。[9]
无法独立核实移转到俄罗斯的乌克兰公民人数。据乌克兰政府表示，约有160万名乌克兰人被迫迁往俄罗斯，其中约有25万是儿童。[10]俄罗斯政府否认它正在强行将乌克兰人迁移至俄罗斯，[6]并将驱逐行动称为“疏散”。[11]
