意大利即兴喜剧
意大利即兴喜剧（意大利语：Commedia dell'arte）是16世纪在意大利出现的一种戏剧，其特点是戴着面具的角色，16世纪到18世纪在欧洲流行[1][2]其兴起是由于女演员Isabella Andreini[3]，以及以喜剧小品为基础的即兴剧场[4][5]。意大利即兴喜剧中的一个特色是插科打诨[6][7]，另一个特色是其中滑稽演员会以哑剧的方式呈现[8]。
意大利即兴喜剧中有许多的定型角色，例如愚笨的老人、狡猾的仆人、看似充满勇气的军官等。主要角色有仆人、老人、爱人及船长等[4][9]。
