联盟、进步和民主(西班牙语:Unión, Progreso y Democracia[29][30][31][32][33][34][uˈnjon, pɾoˈɣɾeso i ðemoˈkɾaθja],简称UPyD[upeiˈðe][note 1])是西班牙的一个中间派政党,成立于2007年9月26日。该党奉行社会自由主义路线,反对西班牙国内各种形式的分离主义运动。该党成立之初,发展迅速,但近年来逐渐式微。
