资讯技术法

资讯技术法（information technology law；资讯科技法；网络法(cyberlaw)）涉及资讯科技方面的法律；包括计算及互联网。 它涉及法律资讯学，以及管理（数码化）资讯与软件，资讯安全及电子商务等方面的数码传播，它也被描述为“无纸化环境(paperless environment)”的“书面法(paper laws)”。资讯技术法亦提出了计算与互联网，合同法，隐私权，言论自由以及管辖权等方面的知识产权之具体问题。

历史沿革

资讯技术的监管，通过计算及互联网发展出来的第一个公共资助的网络；如在美国的ARPANET与NSFNET资讯网络，或在 英国的JANET网络等的资讯技术监管网络之发展。
