锁核酸
锁核酸(Locked nucleic acid,LNA)是一种经过修饰的RNA,LNA中一部分核糖上的2'与4'碳连结在一起。一般可见于A-DNA或RNA。
这类核酸可以增加引子或探针(probe)的融解温度(Tm值),加强这些实验用物质的稳定性,可应用在即时聚合酶连锁反应(real-time PCR)等技术中。
