俄羅斯對入侵烏克蘭的戰爭之官方稱呼

特別軍事行動(俄語:Специальная военная операция、英語:special military operation),簡稱特別行動(俄語:спецопера́ция,字母縮寫為「SMO」或「SVO[a]),是俄羅斯政府和部分親俄人士用於表示2022年俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭的官方術語[1][2]。該詞被普遍認為是一種旨在淡化和混淆俄羅斯發起全面戰爭事實的委婉說法[3][4][5][6] ,首次出現在時任俄羅斯總統普京於2022年2月24日發表的《關於開展特別軍事行動》的講話中。
