班克斯島苔原狼（Canis lupus bernardi）是灰狼的一個已滅絕亞種，僅分部於北極群島的班克斯島和維多利亞島[2]。

在分類學參考書世界哺乳動物物種第三版中，它被確認為狼的一個亞種[3]。

描述

狼被描述為「背部脊上有黑尖頭髮的白色」。它被正式發現、分類，並以彼得.伯納徳和約瑟夫.F.伯納徳的名字命名。他的侄子伯納德在他們收集成年雄性皮膚和頭骨並帶到加拿大國家博物館後。[2][4]發現的亞種標本很少，總共大約有三個[5]或四個[2]。可再生能源部於1993年3月進行了一項調查，對該地區的狼和馴鹿種群進行編目。雖然發現並記錄了一些馴鹿，以及許多其他土著動物物種，但沒有發現一隻狼。據信，維多利亞島的人口在1918年至1952年間滅絕[6]，其中一個來源是在1920年左右提出的[2]。
