第60屆葛萊美獎

第60屆葛萊美獎（英語：The 60th Annual Grammy Awards）頒獎典禮於2018年1月28日晚間在美國紐約州紐約麥迪遜廣場花園舉辦，頒獎典禮由CBS現場直播[1]。這是自2003年以來首次在洛杉磯以外舉辦頒獎典禮（斯台普斯中心自2004年以來一直是葛萊美獎的舉辦地），詹姆斯·柯登將繼續主持本次頒獎典禮[2]。

本屆葛萊美獎評選從2016年10月1日至2017年9月30日的資格年內最佳的錄音、作品和藝人，各獎項提名於2017年11月28日公布。「預熱」典禮（正式名稱為先導典禮）在主要典禮的同一天的較早時間舉行[3][4]。

為避免與2018年平昌冬奧會的節目出現收視競爭，本次頒獎典禮同2010年和2014年同樣提前至1月舉辦。

變化

2017年6月，格萊美組織宣布對投票和頒獎過程進行一些小改動[6]。

  • 2018年，有投票權的評委將在網上進行投票，而不是通過紙張投票。這一轉變將為巡演中的藝人提供更大的靈活性，消除無效投票的可能性，並進一步防範欺詐性投票。
  • 所有音樂創作者，包括詞曲作家、製作人、工程師、混音師、母帶工程師和伴唱藝人，只要在獲獎專輯中為至少33％的播放時間做出貢獻，將有資格在年度專輯獎項中獲得一項葛萊美獎，這是音樂創作者首次被年度專輯獎項所認可。
  • 從今年起，將為饒舌、當代器樂和新世紀音樂類別設立並施行提名評審委員會制。
  • 從今年起，對於古典、舞曲和爵士類專輯的定義得到擴展。為了符合格萊美的考慮，一張專輯必須包含至少五個不同的曲目並有最少15分鐘的總播放時間，或最少30分鐘的總播放時間同時不限制曲目數量。
  • 在葛萊美獎提名過程中，進入提名的歌曲中只能是歌曲的單個版本，但在例外情況將允許在最佳影視原聲歌曲（英語：Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media）獎項下對歌曲的影視版本進行提名，即使歌曲的另一版本已被其他獎項提名。在最佳影視原聲歌曲專輯（英語：Grammy Award for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media）獎項中，提名資格準則已經修改為要求紀錄片或傳記片原聲帶專輯包含51％或更多的新錄製的音樂。

爭議

本屆葛萊美獎因性別平等的議題引發諸多爭議。錄音學院不允許年度專輯提名者中唯一的女性歌手蘿兒在當晚上台獨唱自己的歌曲，只邀請她和其他歌手一同在致敬湯姆·佩蒂的環節演唱佩蒂的歌曲。洛德未接受這一邀請，但學院為其他四位男性提名者都提供了單獨表演的時間（Jay Z未接受表演邀約）。觀眾對此提出質疑，學院主席尼爾·波特諾（Neil Portnow）和典禮執行製作人肯·厄利奇（Ken Ehrlich）回應稱典禮時間有限，「不能讓所有人都滿意」，只能「儘量做出平衡」。但這一回應未能使觀眾和媒體信服，美國在線雜誌《Inverse（英語：Inverse (website)）》直接指責這一說法「弱爆了」。[7][8][9]當晚獲提名最多的兩位女歌手，此前廣受看好的SZA和凱莎都空手而歸；[7]在電視直播的典禮上頒發的獎項中，僅有一位女歌手艾莉西亞·卡拉獨享「最佳新人」，另外唯一的女性獲獎者是與肯德里克·拉馬爾同享「最佳饒舌/演唱表演」的蕾哈娜；艾德·希蘭戰勝四位女歌手獲得「最佳流行表演」時，典禮現場亦發出少量噓聲。[10][11]

對於本屆葛萊美獎缺少女性獲獎者一事，學院主席波特諾稱女歌手應該「更努力」。[11]這一回應招致觀眾、媒體和女性藝人的批評。女歌手海爾賽、粉紅佳人和查莉XCX等人稱這一說法「荒誕可笑」。海爾賽指出，女性藝人在2017年獲得了重大成就，關鍵在於整個音樂行業對女性的要求更苛刻。她的指責也獲得五佳人成員蘿倫·豪瑞吉（英語：Lauren Jauregui）和歌手瑪琳娜鑽石等人的力挺。波特諾隨後聲明自己之前的說法遭到「斷章取義」，稱女性擁有偉大的創造力，希望有志進入音樂界的女性「努力」實現自己的夢想。[8]此外有觀眾在社交媒體上發起話題「#GrammysSoMale」（葛萊美獎太男性化了），以表示對學院的不滿。[10]
