耐力跑假說

耐力跑步假說,或稱耐力跑假說是一種人類學理論。該假說認為人類某些特徵的進化過程可認為是一種對長跑(耐力跑)的適應[1][2]。這一假說認為,長跑對早期人類獲取食物起著重要作用。最初,長跑對早期人類覓食有益處。後來,人類也會通過耐力狩獵英語Persistence hunting策略狩獵,捕捉力盡的獵物。更強的長跑能力有助於提升耐力狩獵的成功率。
