芳基醇脱氢酶 (NADP+)
芳基醇脫氫酶 (NADP+)(英語:aryl-alcohol dehydrogenase (NADP+),EC 1.1.1.91 (頁面存檔備份,存於網際網路檔案館)),是一種以NAD+或NADP+為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下酶促反應:

芳基醇脫氫酶 (NADP+)的等電點為5.2,在pH值為6.1時活性最高。這種酶主要作用在芳基醇上,但也能作用於一些芳基醛,但不能還原芳基酮。現發現最適合芳基醇脫氫酶 (NADP+)的底物是肉桂醛。這種酶對苯環上有甲基取代基的底物比有羥基取代基的底物具有更強的特異性。[1]芳基醇脫氫酶 (NADP+)能被對-氯汞基苯甲酸鹽(p-chloromercuribenzoate,pCMB)或1,10-菲羅啉抑制。[2]
