角蟾屬

角蟾科的一属两栖动物

角蟾屬(學名:Megophrys)是無尾目角蟾科下的一個。分布於東南亞地區。本屬原包含多個物種,現大部分種類已被歸入布角蟾屬Boulenophrys)。

分類

角蟾屬分類存在爭議。一種意見認為無耳蟾屬(Atympanophrys)、短腿蟾屬(Brachytarsophrys)、擬角蟾屬(Ophryophryne)、泛角蟾屬(Panophrys)及異角蟾屬(Xenophrys)都應視為角蟾屬的同物異名[16]

2017年以後的多項研究都對角蟾屬提出了不同的分類方案,一種是分為短腿蟾屬、擬角蟾屬、無耳蟾屬、異角蟾屬,同時將角蟾屬限定於巽他古陸,婆羅蟾屬則作為角蟾屬的異名[17];另一種意見則將擬角蟾屬、無耳蟾屬、短腿蟾屬、泛角蟾屬和異角蟾屬均降為亞屬、並視為角蟾屬的同物異名[18]
