金融創新
金融創新（英語：financial innovation）是創造新的金融工具以及新的金融技術、制度和市場的行為。最近的金融創新包括對沖基金、私募股權、天氣衍生品、零售-結構產品、交易型開放式指數基金、聯合家族辦公室和伊斯蘭債券等。影子銀行體系催生了一系列金融創新，包括抵押貸款支持證券產品和債務抵押債券（CDO）。[1]
創新分為三類：制度創新、產品創新和流程創新。制度創新涉及新型金融公司的創建，例如專業信用卡公司、投資諮詢公司和相關服務以及直銷銀行。產品創新涉及衍生品、證券化、外幣抵押等新產品。流程創新涉及開展金融業務的新方式，包括網路銀行和電話銀行。[1]
