自由民主黨黨魁（英語：Leader of the Liberal Democrats）是自由民主黨的最高領導人。現任黨魁是愛德·戴維爵士，於2020年8月27日就任。
該黨成立之初，黨魁一職由原自由黨黨魁戴維·斯蒂爾和社會民主黨黨魁羅伯特·麥克倫南臨時擔任黨魁。
如果黨魁去世、辭職或失去議會席位，副黨魁（如果有的話）將擔代理黨魁一職，直至舉行黨魁選舉。該情況曾發生過三次，第一次是在查爾斯·甘迺迪辭職後，孟席斯·坎貝爾接替他擔任代理黨魁（坎貝爾在隨後的選舉中當選為黨魁），第二次是在坎貝爾辭職後，由溫斯·凱博擔任代理黨魁。第三次則是因喬·斯溫森在2019年大選中失去席位，因此自動喪失黨魁一職，之後由副黨魁愛德·戴維和黨主席薩爾·布林頓共同代理黨魁。馬克·帕克於2020年1月1日就任黨主席，接替布林頓成為代理黨魁。戴維則在2020年8月27日的2020 年自由民主黨黨魁選舉中贏得選舉並成為黨魁。
