埃德加·亨利·席恩(英语:Edgar Henry Schein,1928年3月5日—2023年1月26日)是麻省理工学院史隆管理学院的前教授,在组织发展理论有发展许多领域,包括生涯规划、小组流程谘询、组织文化等[1]。他是前芝加哥大学教授马塞尔·席恩的儿子。
