素馨醛(英語:Jasminaldehyde)是一種有機化合物,化學式為C14H18O,可用作食品香料。它可由苯甲醛和正庚醛在鹼溶液(如氫氧化鈉水溶液)中反應製得。[1]它在催化下可以被氫氣[2]或三乙氧基矽烷[3]還原,得到2-亞苄基庚醇。
