甘油-3-磷酸脱氢酶 [NAD(P)+]

甘油-3-磷酸脫氫酶 [NAD(P)⁺]（英語：glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase [NAD(P)⁺]，EC 1.1.1.94 （頁面存檔備份，存於互聯網檔案館）），是一種以NAD⁺或NADP⁺為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下酶促反應：

sn-甘油-3-磷酸 + NAD(P)⁺ $\rightleftharpoons$ 磷酸甘油酮 + NAD(P)H + H⁺

甘油-3-磷酸脫氫酶 [NAD(P)⁺]主要參與磷酸甘油酯的代謝過程。大腸桿菌（Escherichia coli）的甘油-3-磷酸脫氫酶 [NAD(P)⁺]顯示出對NADPH的B域的特異性。
