掰手腕
掰手腕又称腕力、手臂摔跤、手腕摔跤、阿秋霸、拗手劲、扳手腕，是一项涉及两名参与者的运动。每个人都将一只手弯曲放在的桌面上，肘部弯曲并接触该表面，然后他们握住彼此的手。目标是将对方的手臂压制在桌面上，将获胜者的手臂放在输家的手臂上。
