保罗·史金恩兹
保罗·大卫·史金恩兹（英语：Paul David Skenes，/skiːnz/，2002年5月29日—），为美国职棒大联盟的投手，目前效力于匹兹堡海盗。

2023年大联盟选秀，史金恩兹以状元之姿加盟海盗。他被视为是自史蒂芬·史崔斯伯格后最具天赋的投手状元。[1]而他只在海盗小联盟打不满一年，便于2024年登上大联盟。
大学生涯
史金恩兹先在美国空军学院就读，并加入当地的棒球队。[2]2022年，他获选约翰·欧勒鲁德奖，为该年最佳的二刀流选手。[3]
2022年7月28日，史金恩兹转学到路易斯安那州大就读。[4]2023年6月22日，他打破了1989年大联盟选秀状元，同时也是路易斯安那州大校友—Ben McDonald的校史单季三振纪录(203次)。[5]
球季结束后，史金恩兹获选年度最佳投手和迪克·豪瑟奖。[6][7]后来路易斯安那州大拿下2023年世界大学大赛冠军，史金恩兹也获选为系列赛MVP。[8]
职业生涯
匹兹堡海盗
2023年大联盟选秀，海盗用首轮状元签签下史金恩兹。他和Dylan Crews也成为大联盟史上首对在选秀会囊括状元和榜眼的大学队友。[9]8月10日，他在小联盟进行初登板。[10][11]当时他只有一球的球速在99英里，其余都超过100英里。而他面对同届选秀第五顺位的Walker Jenkins也是将他三振出局。[12]5天后，史金恩兹就登上1A。[13]再过6天，他就被拉上2A。[14]2024年球季初，史金恩兹已经被拉上3A，[15][16]而他在3A的防御率仅有0.99。
2024年5月11日，海盗将史金恩兹拉上大联盟。[17]他在初登板投出7次三振，但是失3分无关胜败。[18][19]5月17日，他投出6局的无安打，并送出11次三振，拿下大联盟首胜。[20]7月7日，史金恩兹获选进入明星赛，成为史上首位在菜鸟赛季就入选明星赛的选秀状元。[21]
个人生活
史金恩兹目前与路易斯安那州大体操选手Livvy Dunne交往中。[22]
