全反式視黃醇-視黃醇結合蛋白 + NAD+ 全反式視黃醛-視黃醇結合蛋白 + NADH + H+

全反式視黃醇脫氫酶 (NAD+)能以全反式視黃醇和全反式視黃醛底物,且對NAD+/NADH輔因子有很強的特異性。這種酶既能識別處於游離態的底物也能識別與視黃醇結合蛋白相結合時的底物,但對結合狀態下的底物具有更高的親和性。[1]
